Mothers “sprint” more stressed of their husbands

This was revealed by an American study conducted at Michigan State University who has followed for a period of time the lives of 368 women and their families. Those who had jobs outside the home suffered, mentally and physically, the weight of a considerable stress, even higher than of their husbands.

Technically called “multitasking”, which is a lot of things together: office matters, follow the children, clean the house …. A set of roles that already stress anyone, at most, groped to follow in all things at once you lose valuable time to think, to remember what you had to do, and then the day gets longer and the result is that you completes all. Consequences of this are depression, guilt or inadequacy, and thus women increasingly disturbed, as the years pass. And yet, these “career women” claim to be so stressed satisfied and happy with their life, which, however, are not (or are less) housewives. The University of North Carolina, also in USA, has followed 1.364 women for a decade to 9 different areas, noting that the basic difference between outdoor workers and housewives. Women working at home complain mostly isolation, not feeling appropriate to the outside world that changes rapidly.

The solution to the stress of women is repeated many times. Continued support! By family and friends, by state institutions but especially from their husbands. The men, in fact, are more cooperative today than they did 50 years ago … but still spoke little, and only if they see his wife collapsing with fatigue. It would be the case that began to “offer his services” in very difficult times, even-especially-when she is relaxed.
